No training program, no matter how perfectly planned, will be successful unless an athlete makes good dietary decisions on a daily basis.  Windhorse Running coaches are  certified Specialists in Fitness Nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and are confident in incorporating nutritional suggestions and recommendations to optimize athletic training*.
