The Stallion Package includes a comprehensive 12-week training program and limited run coaching. After answering a detailed questionnaire, your coach will contact you for an initial consultation, then will design a training plan to help you achieve your running goals. Plans can focus on finishing a race up to half marathon, achieving a new PR, losing weight, general fitness, competing for the podium, strength conditioning for running, or just provide structure and encouragement for getting your running back on track.
Your training plan consist of two main products: the Training Plan Overview and the Weekly Workout Schedule, and will be delivered via email. After you receive the plan, your coach will contact you to talk over the plan and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
This package includes: unlimited email communication with your running coach to keep you on track, one training plan revision per month based on feedback and changing circumstances.
